4) Q: What format design file you want for printing?
We will It is best if you can supply your artwork as PDFor AI, CDR format file.
However, if this is not possible, our in-house designer can make the artwork.
5) Q: What’s the delivery?
A: Delivery for samples around 3-5days, bulk order for 7-15 days.
6) Q: Do you have a price list?
A: No, all packagings are customized. Little change will also make the price change. We can quote you according to your detail
request.If no details, we can send you a price range.
7) Q: How to make sure of high quality?
A: We can send you a video for processing anytime. For any quality problems, we will make new ones for free and send you again.
8) Q: Do you have boxes in a stocking? Do you send a free sample?
A: No, as a factory, space is limited for packages stocking. We will keep several pieces in stock for visiting customers.
9) Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: Paypal, T/T, Western Union, Paypal. An amount below 3000$, full payment request. Above 3000$, deposit before processing, balance before shipping.
